I am writing to fill you in on Yoshi’s services amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, we have decided to continue our essential operations given that many of you rely on our weekly deliveries.
That being said, I want you to know that the safety and well-being of our customers and employees is our number one priority. Amongst other things, we have asked our Field Techs to carry disinfectant, wear gloves when appropriate, and practice social distancing in the field.
In addition, knowing that many of you are working from home (versus the office where your vehicle usually gets filled up), we will also try our best to service you at an alternate address if it’s in our service area. To check if we can service your home address, you can email Rachel (firstname.lastname@example.org) or shoot her a quick text.
Lastly, we realize that this is a challenging time. If there is anything that you think we can do to help those on the frontlines stay fueled up and safe (healthcare workers, government employees, etc.) please let us know. We are big believers in crowdsourcing the best ideas.
